Our client in the Banking and Finance sector is looking for a Tech Lead CRM KY M/F

Your tasks

As Tech Lead CRM KY, you are the operational technical referent for the application. Positioned between a senior developer and the transverse CRM Tech Lead, you remain concretely involved in design and complex developments, while technically leading a development team based in India. You guarantee the quality of deliverables, the reliability of flows, and the preparation of the migration trajectory towards Azure, in coordination with the Application Manager, architecture, production, and other technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the operational technical referent for CRM KY and ensure the consistency of design choices on Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise.
• Design and implement complex developments in C# .NET, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and integration services.
• Technically lead the development team based in India: distribution and clarification of work, support, code reviews, progress monitoring, and skill development.
• Supervise APIs and flows between CRM KY and third-party applications, guaranteeing their robustness, security, performance, and traceability.
• Contribute to estimations, impact analyses, delivery plans, Agile ceremonies, and technical arbitrations.

• Secure deliveries through development standards, unit and integration tests, code reviews, and maintained technical documentation.
• Participate in the analysis of complex level 3 incidents, performance problem resolution, and technical debt reduction.
• Actively contribute to the migration of CRM KY to Azure: diagnostic of the existing system, identification of dependencies and flows, definition of the target state, preparation of components, and support during the transition.

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 10 to 12 years of experience in enterprise application development, including at least 8 years on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with significant experience in an On-Premise environment.
• Experience as a Lead Developer, senior Dynamics CRM developer with technical referent responsibilities, or Tech Lead on a targeted application scope.

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise: customization and configuration, data model, security roles, solutions, plugins, workflows, and application administration.
• Development: C# .NET, Dynamics CRM SDK, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web Resources, SQL Server, FetchXML, SSRS and, ideally, SSIS.
• Integration: REST and SOAP APIs, Web API, authentication, synchronous and asynchronous exchanges, monitoring, and diagnostics of flows with third-party systems.
• Azure and Cloud migration: good knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and experience with a migration or modernization project of an On-Premise CRM application to Azure; Azure Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent services are appreciated.
• Quality and delivery: Git, Azure DevOps or equivalent tool, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, version management, and deployment automation.

• Application architecture: technical design, impact analysis, security, performance, observability, resilience, and technical debt management.
• Proficiency in professional English to lead the team in India.
