Support Engineer SAP APO - Freelance (M/F)

Daily Rate (TJM): 380€/day

CONTEXT

The sub-domain's mission is to build, transform, and maintain our supply processes in order to optimize component planning and finished goods production. We work on a daily basis in close connection with our production offices located in different countries, which manage the manufacturing of our products for our customers.

Our domain brings together a hundred talents at the crossroads of Supply Chain and Digital (Product Management, Engineering, Data).

Within this collective, our support team brings together about twenty people passionate about the business and user service.

As part of your mission, you will join the planning team, whose goal is to ensure product availability in the warehouse and to anticipate future seasons.

MISSIONS

Within the Support hub, your mission will be to provide daily IT support to our users located in our international production offices:

• Operational support: handle incidents and requests reported by our users (PSS finished goods, PSP, ZMP) via our ticketing tool SMAX (OpenText).
• Analysis & problem solving: participate in the Root Cause Analysis of incidents detected on the SAP - APO environment, using the Jira tool to report and track bugs.
• Operations & monitoring: take part in operations and monitoring tasks to secure our data exchanges and integration flows.
• Quality & testing: participate in and perform Non-Regression Tests (NRT) of our versions.
• Knowledge management: write and share operational procedures with the team.
• Agility & international: participate in agile routines in an international context, requiring a good command of written and spoken English.

• Third-party systems: S4 HANA, Automic/Kafka
• ITSM Tooling: JIRA (Problem Management) / SMAX (Incidents & requests)
• Automation: Google Apps Script, GSheets (advanced formulas), SQL

• TJM: 380€
• Location: Lille

1. Initial experience in application IT support, ideally in an SAP - APO environment or an industrial / Supply Chain ERP
2. Good understanding of the operational challenges of the Supply Chain and international manufacturing tracking
3. Being rigorous in flow analysis and searching for the root causes of technical incidents
4. Being proactive and liking to take initiatives
5. Liking to interact daily with users in production offices and demonstrating pedagogical skills
6. Mastering written and spoken English to exchange with teams in European production offices
