Stream Lead Data - Trade Surveillance / Market Abuse - Freelance (M/F)

Daily Rate (TJM): 700

Leading a Data stream as part of a compliance project with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) via the implementation of Trade Surveillance tools.

Mission tasks and activities:

• Develop the project roadmap and define milestones and deliverables related to data analytics
• Plan and prioritize the Data team's tasks

• Provide technical support to data engineers and analysts on complex issues
• Monitor budget, resources, and compliance with deliverables

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Identify and analyze detection logic

• Define business and system flows, propose the best data sources
• Perform the business and data analyses necessary for the project and third-party tools

• Regularly communicate progress to the project management
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT, Front Office teams, Data Owners, and vendors

Deliverables:

• Data reconciliation process deployed in production
• Migration of the Order Record Keeping solution to a new internal application

Senior - Stream Lead Data / Product Owner with significant experience in regulatory compliance, ideally related to the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)

Business skills:

• Very good knowledge of financial products: equities, listed derivatives, FX, rates (sovereign bonds, derivatives), credit, non-linear products
• Knowledge of market data and pre/post-trade processes

• Good understanding of market abuse behaviors and associated regulations
• Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or internal control is appreciated

• Rigor, analytical mindset, results orientation

Technical skills:

• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Agile and V-Cycle methodologies

Fluent English mandatory (working language for meetings and documentation)
