Senior QA - Freelance (M/F)

Daily Rate (TJM): 600

As part of strengthening the Quality Assurance framework for our client's e-commerce platforms, they are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to support the Product, QA, and Development teams in the automation of functional, regression, and end-to-end tests. The mission takes place within a high-visibility digital environment with a significant focus on the quality and reliability of customer journeys.

Main Missions:

• Analysis of user stories and functional specifications.
• Design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts.

• Automation of test scenarios and execution of test campaigns.
• Analysis and stabilization of automated tests.

• Detection, qualification, and tracking of anomalies under Jira/Xray.
• Contribution to the integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of QA practices and the automation strategy.

• Monitoring and proposing innovative approaches, particularly regarding the use of AI applied to QA.

Required Skills:

1) Imperative

• Playwright (confirmed/senior)
• Jira & Xray (expert)

• TypeScript / JavaScript
• QA Automation experience on web applications

• Knowledge of CI/CD environments
• Professional English

2) Appreciated

• BrowserStack
• Gherkin / BDD approach

• Use of AI agents and AI tools applied to test automation
• Knowledge of e-commerce environments and Vue/Nuxt web front-end

Terms:

Start date: ASAP

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux

On-site presence: mandatory on Mondays and Tuesdays of even-numbered weeks

Remote work: the rest of the time in metropolitan France

Senior Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in Web QA and solid expertise in test automation. Significant experience in an e-commerce context is expected, with a good understanding of user journeys (navigation, cart, checkout tunnel, responsive).

• Playwright expertise is indispensable.
• E-commerce experience required.
