About the position
Our client, a pharmaceutical laboratory, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on high-requirement projects within a regulated and international environment.
Missions
- Lead the end-to-end design of digital products, from discovery to delivery
- Implement and facilitate user research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
- Define a product vision and an UX roadmap aligned with business challenges
- Collaborate closely with product teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders in an international context
- Contribute to the structuring and evolution of the design system
Profile sought
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Design
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector or an equivalent regulated environment
- Fluent English, comfortable in an international working context
- Mastery of discovery methodologies (Design Sprint, Lean UX, double diamond) and associated tools (Figma, Maze, analytics)
- Ability to work autonomously on complex and high-stakes projects
