Senior Digital Product Manager Supply Chain - Freelance (M/F)

About the company

Based in Lille (hybrid), long-term mission. Within the FLTC (Logistics - Value Chain) domain, the LOGISTICS OPERATIONS digital team manages IT solutions for warehouse operations. Position within a multidisciplinary team of 11 people (1 Digital Process Owner, 1 Deployment Manager, and 9 Product Managers) in the AS400 Automated system squad. Integration of mechanization partners with the legacy AS400 WMS to guarantee supply chain performance and agility.

Your tasks

• Orchestrate RFID traceability: drive the integration and reliability of RFID data flows to guarantee real-time stock visibility.
• Standardize & unify: harmonize flow exchanges between the AS400 WMS and various partner WCS to simplify digital support, maintenance, and supervision, and to accelerate deployments.
• Ensure operational reliability: resolve WMS/WCS stock synchronization issues to reduce discrepancies and limit operational requests to the AS400 support teams.
• Data-driven management: implement performance supervision for mechanized equipment and leverage data for continuous improvement.
• End-to-end product management: build and prioritize the backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and facilitate Agile ceremonies in connection with technical and business teams.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or IT Business Analyst within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail ecosystem
2. Understanding of warehouses, WMS environments (ideally AS400 / IBM i), WCS (ideally Exotec), and RFID traceability technologies
3. Proficiency with integration architecture (API, EDI flows, middleware) and strong data analysis skills to optimize flows
4. Excellent communication, unifying leadership style, analytical rigor
5. Fluent professional English
6. Required skills: EXOTEC - Advanced; English - Fluent
