Finance Manager M/F - Freelance

Your tasks

• Manage and support a team of 4 people by developing their autonomy, accountability, and skill development
• Act as the site's financial referent and ensure business continuity by stepping in on critical activities when necessary
• Drive monthly financial closings and perform provision calculations (stocks, temporary staff, impairments, miscellaneous expenses, etc.)
• Oversee the plant P&L, develop and monitor budgets, while providing relevant financial analyses to support decision-making
• Participate in operational reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying and correcting non-conformities
• Manage investments (CAPEX) and control operational expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets and approval processes.

Requirements

• Higher education, minimum Bac+5 in Finance, Management Control, Business School, University, or Engineering School with a specialization in Finance
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in financial functions within an industrial environment
• Solid mastery of industrial management control, performance management, and budget management for a production site
• Experience in the FMCG, agri-food, or process industry sectors is a real asset
• Successful managerial experience with the ability to unite, support, and advance a team
• Professional English is imperative and good mastery of financial information systems (SAP, GLOBE, NIMT).
