Senior Application Manager - Proxy Product Owner - Freelance (M/F)

CONTEXT

The mission takes place within an IT team composed of 4 people (including the recruited individuals): the IT Project Manager, 2 external consultants (Application Managers / PPO / Project Managers), and 1 apprentice. The team's scope consists of several business applications for supervision and maintenance, as well as associated decision-making reporting tools. The users of these applications are primarily supervisors in supervision centers, maintainers, and other operational stakeholders of the client.

The client has launched a Monitoring and Supervision program in order to "monitor and supervise installations so that the maintainer ensures the right network performance at the right time, in the right place." The program's roadmap pursues four performance objectives: improving the regularity of operations, maintaining a high level of network security, achieving economic gains through new monitoring modes and processes, and enhancing the internal and external image of the profession and the company.

This transformation of maintenance processes and standards is only possible through the exploitation of new network status data sources, originating from:

• The client's measurement equipment, partners, or commercial vehicles of operators equipped with sensors and traveling the network,
• Remote monitoring sensors and connected objects present in the field (e.g., IoT sensors),
• Human monitoring carried out by operators, experts, and also users.

MISSIONS

• Ensure the maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) and the monitoring of application service quality,
• Manage incidents, problems, and continuous improvement actions in connection with the operations teams and suppliers,
• Take on the role of Proxy Product Owner by contributing to the prioritization and monitoring of the backlog,
• Coordinate application evolutions from the expression of needs to their production deployment,
• Facilitate and monitor the various project stakeholders (business, development, testing, operations, service providers),
• Ensure the management of cross-functional topics involving several applications or IT domains,
• Produce the management indicators and reporting necessary for project governance,
• Identify risks, propose action plans, and ensure their follow-up until closure,
• Prepare, coordinate, and secure production deployments in connection with the project, operations, and supplier teams,
• Ensure the operational management of suppliers and ensure compliance with service, quality, and deadline commitments.

The main supervision system allows the network supervision centers to manage and pilot incidents reported by automated monitoring devices or by field operators. It includes:

• A supervision module including incident management and operational mapping,
• A mobile application intended for field actors,
• An acquisition module allowing the collection and reporting of alarms.

• Required seniority: 8 to 10 years minimum experience

1. 8 to 10 years minimum experience as an Application Manager, Product Owner, or Application Project Manager
