Oracle Application Manager - Freelance (M/F)

Daily Rate (TJM): 550€/day

CONTEXT A company specializing in the Health sector is looking for a senior Application Manager to guarantee the availability, performance, security, and evolution of Back-Office applications dedicated to service activities. The mission covers maintaining operational conditions, managing production incidents, application evolutions, testing, production deployments, documentation, as well as the coordination of French and international teams.

MISSIONS

• Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of Health Back-Office applications
• Ensure the maintenance of operational conditions
• Manage production incidents and perform root cause analyses
• Drive application evolutions and associated tests
• Organize production deployments
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Coordinate French and international teams

• Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Developer
• PRO*C
• Oracle Forms
• ITIL, change management, and production deployments
• Azure DevOps
• API and inter-application exchanges
• Fluent English for international exchanges

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Location: Puteaux / La Défense
• Duration: 3 months renewable
• Start date: ASAP

1. 10 years of experience in managing critical applications
2. Mastery of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
3. Concrete experience in production incident management and root cause analysis
4. Skills in Application Management / management of critical applications
5. Knowledge of PRO*C and Oracle Forms
6. Mastery of ITIL processes, change management, and production deployments
7. Experience with Azure DevOps, API, and inter-application exchanges
8. Knowledge of the Health / services sector
9. Fluent English required for international exchanges
