Achil is looking, on behalf of its client, a consulting firm specializing in supporting digitalization projects, for a Senior PMO (M/F), based in Lyon.

As part of its consulting missions, the company supports its clients with their digitalization challenges and is looking for a Senior PMO capable of intervening on various projects and with stakeholders of different levels.
THE POSITION
As a Senior PMO, you will intervene at the heart of project management in order to structure their governance, ensure their monitoring, and facilitate the coordination of the various stakeholders.
Missions
- Support clients with their digitalization challenges.
- Intervene with different stakeholders and participate in steering committees.
- Structure and assist in project management, in connection with a Project Manager or as part of the transversal monitoring of a portfolio.
- Coordinate and facilitate the various key stages of projects.
- Implement and/or manage reporting and progress reports.
- Monitor compliance with specifications regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.
- Define project governance and communicate on their progress.
- Ensure budgetary monitoring: preparation, optimization, and monitoring of the budget.
- Identify and manage risks, notably through risk mapping.
- Ensure project quality and compliance with quality assurance procedures and methods.
- Ensure resource monitoring and their adequacy with needs.
- Anticipate and resolve difficulties encountered on projects by proposing and deploying suitable solutions.
- Support change management and, depending on needs, define user training actions.
The position also includes an internal dimension: knowledge sharing, contribution to pre-sales, transmission of values, and participation in business development.
Contractual Modalities

- Remuneration: 45 to 60K gross annual

SEARCHED PROFILE
We are looking for a profile with 5 to 12 years of experience in project management and/or consulting, capable of evolving in complex environments and with various stakeholders.
You also possess:
- Strong writing skills and a good ability to synthesize.
- Good knowledge of project management tools.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2.
- Good operational proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience or knowledge of the Banking-Insurance sector is a plus.
Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a person capable of adapting to different contexts, constraints, and stakeholders, endowed with good interpersonal skills and clear communication.
