Our client in the Other sector is looking for a Program Manager M/F
Mission Description: Our client in the cybersecurity sector is creating a Program Manager position to structure the execution of its roadmap and ensure coordination between the R&D and Product teams. The position reports to the VP Engineering.
Main Missions
- Lead the core team of the next-generation product: organization of rituals, tracking of decisions, maintaining execution cadence
- Ensure tracking of milestones and roadmap progress, in close connection with the VP Engineering and the Head of Product
- Coordinate resources between R&D and Product to ensure alignment between product priorities and delivery capacity
- Track deliverables and program health indicators: progress, risks, debt, dependencies
- Anticipate schedule shifts, identify weak signals, and proactively alert stakeholders
- Prepare and lead reporting instances: roadmap reviews, steering committees
- Document decisions and ensure traceability of commitments
Profile Sought
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within a software publisher or B2B tech environment
- Ability to operate in complex and shifting environments, with multiple teams and dependencies to coordinate
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive decisions without hierarchical authority
- Rigor, sense of priorities and deadlines, proactivity
Fluent English

- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus, but not essential
