Achil is looking, on behalf of its client, a consulting firm specializing in digital project support, for a Product Owner (M/F/X), based in Lyon.

As part of its development, the company is looking for an experienced Product Owner to work on projects in the energy and insurance sectors, within SAFe agile environments at scale.

THE POSITION
As a Product Owner, you carry the product vision and ensure the maximization of delivered value. You are at the heart of exchanges between the business, IT, and Data teams and manage product delivery from end to end.
Missions
Your daily activities will notably revolve around the following missions:
- Carry the product vision and maximize the value delivered.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business and Data stakes.
- Collect and define business needs with a strong Data orientation.
- Write and prioritize user stories.
- Facilitate agile rituals.
- Collaborate with development teams and various stakeholders.
- Manage product delivery while guaranteeing quality, value, and respect for deadlines.
- Define and monitor product and usage KPIs.
Contract Terms
- Contract: CDI
- Location: Lyon (69)
- Remuneration: €35,000 to €50,000 gross annual
- Occasional remote work
- 9 RTT days, including 1 solidarity day
- Health insurance covered at 100%
- Soft mobility bonus: €600 / year
- Swile Card: €9 / day, of which €5.40 is covered
SEARCHED PROFILE
You have 5 to 8 years of experience in product management or digital projects, including at least 4 years as a Product Owner.
You also possess:
- A good mastery of agile frameworks, notably SAFe.
- Strong expertise and a real appetite for Data.
- A PSPO certification will be appreciated.
- Experience in the energy and/or insurance sectors is a plus.
- A professional level of written and spoken English is necessary for this position.
