Context
As part of a maternity leave replacement, an international group is looking for a Product Owner Data to join a Data team composed of 4 people. The team is organized by major functional domains, including Mobility, Finance, and Operations. The mission focuses on the Operations domain, with a scope particularly oriented towards Call Centers, customer experience, and customer satisfaction.
The Data environment has already completed a first build phase dedicated to data collection and structuring, as well as the development of the first use cases. The challenge is now to move into a valuation and exploitation phase in order to maximize the use of available data and support the group's various entities in their adoption.
Mission
The Product Owner Data acts as the central point between business teams, international entities, central teams, and technical / Data Engineering teams. He or she holds the functional ownership of the Operations Data domain, prioritizes business-value use cases, and supports the delivery as well as the adoption of Data solutions.
Main responsibilities

Hold functional ownership of the Operations Data domain and master the associated data and models
*
Work on data related to Call Centers, customer verbatims, NPS, customer experience, and customer satisfaction
*
Gather and understand the needs of business teams and various international entities
*
Identify, challenge, and prioritize Data use cases according to their business value
*
Ensure the interface between Business and Data Engineering teams and guide technical teams in implementation
*
Drive topics through to delivery and support the adoption of solutions
*
Maximize the value created from the Data assets already available
*
Use data autonomously and contribute to the evolution of data models
*
Participate in creating a common Data context facilitating data exploitation by users
*
Collaborate closely with international, central, business, and technical teams
