Product Owner/Business Analyst Customer Relations - Freelance (M/F)

We are looking for a Product Owner Customer Relations for our large account client in the region.

The consultant will be in charge of evolutions on the applications and tools within the customer relations scope. In permanent contact with the business team that expresses its needs.

The main missions are:

• Manage the customer relations scope backlog: ticket creation, planning, and prioritization
• Understand and clarify business requirements: gathering requests, formalization, detailed functional analysis of business needs

• Define functional solutions with the architecture / security / infrastructure teams
• Test developed functionalities and identify bugs

• Prepare and execute the demonstration of functionalities at the end of each development cycle
• Definition of functional alerts for the monitoring teams and definition of KPIs for business monitoring

• Important leadership, teamwork
• Structured and analytical with good written formalization skills

• Strong experience in detailed functional design
• English indispensable (written and oral)

• Correct mastery of SQL
