Senior PMO - Global Demand Planning Transformation (S&OP / IBP) - Freelance (M/F)
PRAD CONSEIL is looking for a Senior PMO for a Demand Planning transformation program conducted on a global scale, within a large international group (consumer goods, distribution, healthcare).
THE CONTEXT
A strategic program driven by general management, with governance at the highest level. Highly matrixed organization: operations, business, sales, and finance, crossed by entity and by geographic zone. Central steering, deployment across several parallel workstreams.
THE ROLE
The challenge is not forecasting expertise as such. It is about structuring the program governance and preparing the steering, organizing the cascading of decisions to the zones, ensuring successful arbitration between departments with different interests, maintaining the RAID and dependencies, and producing decision-making materials intended for the executive committee.
THE FRAMEWORK
Paris. Long mission (2 years), rapid start. Freelance or CDI.
ABOUT
PRAD CONSEIL is a consulting firm specializing in PMO and performance management, supporting major accounts on their transformation programs.
- 10 to 15 years of experience, including at least one Demand Planning transformation conducted on a global scope - regional experience will not suffice, this is the determining criterion
- Real supply chain substance: S&OP / IBP cycle, forecasting automation (touchless forecast), construction of steering indicators /
- Ease in front of an executive committee: short decision-making materials, posture to carry the program at this level
- Fluid dialogue with data and tools teams, and ability to translate their topics for general management
- PMO fundamentals: governance, risks, dependencies, reporting cadence
- Fluent English imperative
- Background in large consumer goods, distribution, healthcare, or luxury industry groups appreciated
