As part of a replacement, one of my clients is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to manage all Infrastructure teams. As the client is international, ENGLISH IS MANDATORY.

IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager (M/F)

Context

As part of the management and evolution of its information system, our client is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager responsible for steering all IT infrastructures, production services, and support teams. As the true guarantor of the availability, security, and performance of information systems, they also ensure the management of infrastructure evolution and transformation projects in a multi-site and international context.

Main Missions

Management & Governance

• Manage the Infrastructure, User Support, and IT Operations teams.
• Organize team activities and ensure skill development.
• Define priorities, allocate resources, and monitor performance indicators.
• Manage service providers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Guarantee compliance with ITIL processes and defined service levels.
• Participate in defining the IT strategy in collaboration with the Direction des Systèmes d'Information.

Infrastructure Steering

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructures.
• Supervise the administration of virtualized environments:
• VMware vSphere
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• Morpheus
• Guarantee the proper management of Windows Server systems and associated services.
• Supervise the administration of identity services:
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID
• GPO
• Ensure the maintenance of operational conditions for local and cloud infrastructures.

Networks & Telecommunications

• Steer LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructures.
• Supervise network equipment:
• Switches
• Routers
• Firewalls
• Guarantee network availability and security.
• Define and monitor network infrastructure evolution plans.

Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace

• Supervise Microsoft 365 services:
• Exchange Online
• Outlook
• Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Steer workstation management solutions:
• Microsoft Intune
• MECM / SCCM
• Guarantee the quality of collaborative and mobility services.

Storage, Backup & Business Continuity

• Supervise SAN/NAS storage infrastructures.
• Define and maintain backup and restoration strategies.
• Guarantee the reliability of disaster recovery and business continuity plans (PRA/PCA).
• Perform continuity exercises and restoration tests.

Cybersecurity

• Participate in the definition and application of the Group's security policy.
• Supervise identity and access management.
• Ensure vulnerability monitoring and remediation plans.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams.

Project Management

• Steer IT infrastructure and service evolution projects.
• Lead migrations, upgrades, and technological transformations.
• Participate in architecture choices and evaluations of new solutions.
• Ensure budget monitoring for projects and infrastructure contracts.
