Product Transition Manager (M/F) - Freelance
Context
Major player in copyright management, with more than 183,000 members in France and internationally. A new stage of digital and organizational transformation accompanying the strategic plan. DSI in reorganization, strengthening the entity in charge of rights holder and works master data. Position reporting to the DSI Adjoint, n-1 to the DSI.
Missions

Take ownership of the company strategy and cascade it across the different levels of intervention
*
Organize and structure the activity of the service teams to orient them towards delivered value
*
Establish and maintain relationships with business and technical stakeholders related to the managed products
*
Facilitate and drive alignment between key stakeholders on product design and evolutions
*
Support Product Owners in defining their roadmap and responding to business challenges
*
Support and challenge tech leads in their production activities
*
Contribute to the definition of product budgets with the relevant stakeholders
*
Continuously monitor, measure, and evaluate product usage and user satisfaction
*
Support operational teams in the transformation of the operating model, via product organization and agile methods
*
Spread the culture of engagement within teams towards business departments
Profile sought
Higher education in computer science, Bac+5. Experience in optimizing and streamlining activities oriented towards maintaining operational status. Knowledge of agile methods and associated tools. Process orientation and optimization appreciated. Proven experience in team management. Communication ease, particularly in English. Excellent oral and written reporting skills, sense of synthesis.
