M&A Senior Manager M/F - Freelance

Main missions:

Autonomously lead divestiture and transaction operations, from preparation through to signing and closing

*

Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (M&A, legal, tax, technical, and financial advisors) to ensure the smooth running of operations

*

Organize and supervise due diligence work as well as exchanges with investors and financial partners

*

Analyze opportunities, evaluate received offers, and actively participate in transaction negotiations

*

Prepare financial analyses, decision-making support, and reporting intended for governance and management bodies

*

Ensure the simultaneous monitoring of several operations and contribute to the launch of new transactions in an international environment.

Profile sought:

*

Higher education in finance, business school, engineering, or equivalent, with a specialization in Corporate Finance, M&A, or project finance

*

Significant experience (ideally a minimum of 8 years) in M&A, investment banking, investment, or Corporate Development

*

Solid experience in the infrastructure sector; knowledge of renewable energies is a real asset

*

Mastery of transaction processes: valuation, due diligence, negotiation, contractual documentation, signing, and closing

*

Ability to lead complex operations autonomously and to coordinate numerous internal and external interlocutors

*

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills to executives, investors, and governance bodies, with fluent professional English being indispensable.
