Lead Front-End & UX Engineering - Freelance (M/F)

CONTEXT

Your role will be to support the acceleration of AI solution adoption among the company's 100,000 employees, while ensuring compliance with standards, a clear governance framework, and the seamless integration of use cases into technological systems.

MISSIONS

• Design global user journeys: map and conceptualize the journeys of our different personas holistically, in close co-construction with Product Managers (PM), to guarantee the consistency and value of every touchpoint.
• Standardize the data platform UX: ensure uniformity and consistency of the user experience across all Data & IA products, in order to limit the anarchic proliferation of disparate IA interfaces.
• Develop a specific Design System: design, implement, and maintain a Design System dedicated to Data & IA (building upon the existing « Vitamin » system) to ensure that all new products share the same visual and functional DNA.
• Drive front-end capabilities: supervise the front-end development of internal products created by the « Adoption & Experience » team, guiding developers to translate design into irreproachable code.
• Promote a seamless experience (« Seamless XP »): advocate for a user-centered approach within product teams, replacing complex technical redirections with smooth and unified user journeys.
• Promote design principles: improve communication and guidance within applications, while raising awareness among engineering teams and Product Managers regarding fundamental design concepts, such as affordance and signifiers.
• Collaborate between teams: work in close collaboration with software engineers, Product Marketing Managers (PMM), and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to design interfaces intended for IA agents, hubs, and dashboards.

1. Proven experience (over 5 years) in UX/UI design, specifically for technical products, data platforms, or complex B2B SaaS environments
2. Solid experience in mapping global user journeys, creating personas, and close co-construction with Product Managers
3. Proven experience in the creation, implementation, and large-scale deployment of Design Systems
4. Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience or expertise in managing front-end development teams (e.g., React, Vue.js, or similar modern frameworks)
5. Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor front-end developers and actively promote design best practices within a heavily engineering-focused environment
6. Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of user-centered design processes, the application of affordance principles, and the ability to simplify complex technical workflows
7. Highly autonomous and proactive profile, capable of defining a vision and realizing it from end to end
8. Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
