Context

Our client publishes a security solution used by tens of thousands of development teams to detect and prevent sensitive data leaks in code. In a phase of strong growth, the Python backend team is expanding and is looking for a profile capable of taking the technical lead on a key scope of the product.

Missions

Technical leadership for a Python backend team (architecture, code reviews, standards)

Design and evolution of high-volume services (scalability, performance, reliability)

Supporting the skill development of the team's developers

Participation in architectural choices (microservices, cloud infra)

Close collaboration with security and product teams

Profile sought

*

Minimum 6 years of experience in Python development, including proven experience in technical leadership

*

Solid culture of scalability and application security

*

Comfortable with microservices architectures and the cloud (AWS/GCP)

*

Good level of English (international team)
