CONTEXT

SaaS platform (back-end API & front-end UI) in an acceleration and consolidation phase. Objective: double delivery capacity and ensure stability before scaling up. Working in pairs with the developer already in place to strengthen the technical team. Location: Lille (hybrid). Duration: long-term mission.

MISSIONS

  • Co-develop and integrate API and UI components for business modules: Pricing, Performance & Commerce.
  • Integration of third-party tools and observability: implementation of the Medallia SDK and other tracking/monitoring solutions.
  • Set up application observability, performance monitoring, and behavioral analysis tools.
  • Develop a data control framework guaranteeing the consistency and reliability of metrics transmitted by the API and displayed in the UI.
  • Automate validation processes: visual regression tests, E2E tests, integration, and CI/CD pipelines to detect anomalies and sustain the platform.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager to transform functional needs into reliable components.

TOOLS & ENVIRONMENT

  • Full-Stack: creation/consumption of REST APIs with a back-end language (e.g.: Python)
  • Modern front-end framework: React, NextJS
  • Integration of third-party SDKs: Medallia, Datadog, Clarity or equivalents
  • Testing practices: E2E tests, integration tests
  • CI/CD automation
  • Daily use of AI assistance tools (AI-Augmented Mindset)

  1. Full-Stack: Solid experience in the creation/consumption of APIs (REST) with a back-end language (e.g.: Python) and mastery of a modern front-end framework (e.g.: React, NextJS)
  2. Monitoring & Tracking: Experience in integrating third-party SDKs (e.g.: Datadog, Clarity, Medallia or equivalents)
  3. Quality & Testing: Mastery of testing practices (E2E, integration) and CI/CD automation
  4. Soft skills: team spirit (code reviews, pair programming), product culture, pragmatism, proactivity, daily use of AI assistance tools (AI-Augmented Mindset)
  5. Languages: Professional English required (written and oral)
