We are looking for a senior consultant to support the structuring and transformation of an international Digital Workplace environment within a group present in more than 20 countries.
The mission consists of building and stabilizing a global Digital Workplace function, defining the target operating model, implementing the associated governance, and ensuring the transfer to a sustainable organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Define the Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap. - Build and deploy a global Target Operating Model. - Assume the role of Service Owner for all Workplace services. - Drive the governance of Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID. - Implement performance indicators (SLA, OLA, XLA, DEX). - Industrialize End User Computing and Collaboration services. - Manage vendors, contracts, licenses, and budgets. - Support the integration of new entities in an international context. - Ensure documentation, governance, and transfer to internal teams.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience. - Solid Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace experience. - Demonstrated experience in Service Ownership on an international scale. - Mastery of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID. - Very good knowledge of ITSM practices and service governance. - Experience in multi-country and complex environments. - Fluent English is essential.
