For a large maritime transport and logistics group based in Marseille, we are looking for a Procurement, Asset and Logistics Consultant within the entity in charge of IT support and run for the fleet of vessels. You will cover IT equipment procurement for the ships and the logistical tracking of purchased or stocked material, for both run and project activities.

Job Description

Request and order management: creation of purchase requests with suitable suppliers according to team needs, tracking availability, orders, and purchase orders.

Compliance and supplier selection: verification of order compliance with internal processes, evaluation of supplier proposals, and selection of the option most suited to procurement policies.

*

End-to-end logistical tracking: guaranteeing timely delivery and tracking shipments from the supplier to designated warehouses or directly on board the vessels.

*

Invoicing: regularization of invoices, processing of problematic invoices, and three-way matching control (PO / invoice / receiving report).

*

Internal client relationship: rapid and efficient handling of complaints from internal teams.

*

Asset management: inventory and stock tracking (ins, outs, assignments), prioritization of equipment according to urgency.

*

Coordination and reporting: daily coordination with project managers and regular reporting.

*

Documentation: drafting of procedures and documentation (stock inventory, invoice management, PO management).

Technical Environment

Tools: SAP (procurement / logistics), stock management and order tracking tools.

*

Languages: fluent English, reading, writing, speaking (indispensable).

Profile Sought

Experience: minimum 2 years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, ideally in an IT or industrial environment.

*

SAP: mastery of procurement and logistics modules (PO, receiving, invoicing).

*

Analysis and synthesis: ability to quickly understand the organization, the business lines, and the company's challenges.

Rigor: mastery of processes, responsibility for subjects end-to-end, good management and tracking skills.
