English Trainer - Freelance (M/F)

On behalf of one of our major clients in higher education, we are looking for an experienced English trainer to provide face-to-face pedagogical lessons to students in BTS programs.

SCHEDULE & INTERVENTION HOURS

Interventions take place exclusively on Tuesdays, according to the following distribution:

• Tuesday morning: 09:00 - 10:30 (1h30)
• Tuesday late morning: 11:00 - 12:30 (1h30)
• Tuesday afternoon: 15:30 - 17:00 (1h30)

Weekly hourly volume: 4h30 of face-to-face pedagogical lessons.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Delivery of professional English courses adapted to the BTS exam standards (oral expression, reading/listening comprehension, professional writing).
• Evaluation and pedagogical follow-up: Continuous assessment, preparation for oral/written exams, and participation in examination juries.
• Active pedagogy: Use of dynamic methodologies and practical cases to encourage speaking and student engagement.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Education & Certifications:
• Degree in English (Licence LLCE/LEA, Anglo-Saxon university curriculum) or recognized certification in English teaching (e.g., TEFL Level 5, CELTA, TESOL).
• A complementary background (bilingualism, international curriculum, coaching) is a plus.

• Experience:
• Proven experience teaching English in higher education (BTS, Licence) or with an adult / young adult audience.

• Skills & Qualities:
• Bilingual level or very high mastery of English (Full proficiency).
• Mastery of digital pedagogical tools (Kahoot, Wooclap, Canva) and integration of interactive materials.
• Rigor, interpersonal skills, and the ability to capture the attention of a student audience.

TERMS

• Desired status: Independent trainer / Service provider (SIRET number required).
• Remuneration: Based on profile and the current rate scale for face-to-face lessons and participation in juries.
