About the company
Context I am looking for a Freshservice Expert for one of my clients near Lille to support the administration, configuration, and evolution of their ITSM platform. You will work on optimizing IT processes, automating workflows, and integrating Freshservice with tools from the Microsoft ecosystem.
Your tasks
- Administration and configuration of Freshservice: ensure the setup and evolution of the platform according to business and IT needs.
- Service catalog management: design and evolve the Service Catalog to structure and optimize service requests.
- ITSM Governance: contribute to the improvement and structuring of ITSM processes.
- Workflow automation: design and maintain automations using Workflow Automator, Orchestration Center, Expression Builder, Custom Objects, and Business Rules.
- Tool and system integration: implement and maintain integrations via REST API, HTTP/JSON, and Web Requests.
- Identity and access management: work on integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Expertise in the Freshservice platform.
- Good mastery of ITSM processes and governance.
- Experience in workflow design and automation.
- Mastery of Workflow Automator, Orchestration Center, Expression Builder, Custom Objects, and Business Rules functionalities.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Mastery of REST APIs, HTTP/JSON exchanges, and integration mechanisms.
