Reporting to the Digital Workplace team, you will intervene in the integration of hardware and applications for the endpoint foundation, the adaptation or development of administration tools, and the maintenance of operational conditions for fleet management tools.

• The service provider's mission will be to contribute to the management of Windows365 and macOS endpoints as well as their commissioning, provide expertise on the Apple ecosystem, industrialize the use of Homebrew, and develop the necessary automations.

They must also support the process of strengthening the team's mastery of application foundations by implementing observability mechanisms (log collection, supervision, reporting, and compliance monitoring) and producing and maintaining technical and operational documentation and associated operating procedures.

In addition, as an Endpoint Engineer, you will participate in the following team missions:

You intervene to support the development of infrastructures as well as their administration.

• You notably provide your know-how on the industrialization and automation components of the platforms.

• You are proactive in the evolution strategy of the endpoints.
• You manage the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of endpoints via an application packaging and industrialized deployment solution.

• You maintain the operational condition of procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge bases.

• You guarantee the operational security of the endpoints. (Patching Management / Compliance)

• You handle user requests and incidents (level 3) regarding the endpoint, and provide your expertise in support to level 2 and 1 teams.

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science
• Mastery of Powershell
