Security Project Management M/F - Freelance

Do you want to take part in strategic projects in the field of security and networks? Join Soors to lead and coordinate the functional dimension of large-scale projects, in direct contact with business and technical teams.

Position and missions:

• Ensure the structuring, coordination, and animation of the functional dimension of the project.
• Act as the interface between user/business needs and technical teams to guarantee the proper adequacy of the deployed solutions.
• Intervene from needs analysis to the acceptance phase and change management.
• Guarantee compliance with defined methodological frameworks, budgets, and deadlines.

Steering and reporting:

• Contribute to the progress monitoring of functional deliverables.
• Update monitoring indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in project and steering committees.

Technical and functional environment:

• Intervene in an environment demanding high standards in security and networks.
• Work on deliverables such as Comop steering and inter-team monitoring.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, in French and professional English.

• Location: Toulouse
• Partial teleworking possible
• Position to be filled as a CDI, executive status

We are looking for a functional project manager motivated by technical environments related to security and networks.

Experience:

• Proven experience in functional project management, ideally in a security/network context.

Technical skills:

• Mastery of network environments and security issues.
• Proven competence in network filtering.

Language skills:

• Professional English is imperative.

Soft skills:

• Strong communication and animation skills.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage change management.

Education:

• Higher degree in computer science, networks, or a related discipline (Bac+4/5 preferred).
