Digital Project Manager - Freelance (M/F)

The Company

Independent agency specializing in the creation and production of premium digital content, member of an agency group offering a full range of end-to-end services (strategy, content factory, production value).

Job Description

Reporting to the Production Management, you will join a dynamic and cohesive team in charge of producing the agency's various projects. You will work on media campaigns, emailing, social media, websites, and digital activations for major French and international brands.

As a true conductor, you will ensure the coordination of creative and technical teams as well as client relations, for which you will be the primary contact. For each production, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the project, from the initial brief to delivery.

As a Team Lead for key accounts, you will manage and guide a team of project managers.

Missions

Analysis of the brief and validation of project feasibility (budget, deadlines)

Resolution of creative or technical issues with the production team

Coordination of internal resources

Adherence to schedules and budgets

Quality control of deliverables (graphic charter, consistency with the brief)

Building and maintaining a relationship of trust with clients

Taking the lead on key accounts and managing a team of project managers

Profile Sought

*

Master's degree (Bac+5) in the field of Web and communication

*

Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a digital agency

*

Initial management experience

*

Good technical knowledge of the digital ecosystem: CRM, CMS, responsive integration, functional/technical specifications, HTML, CSS

*

Fluent English, both spoken and written

*

Organization, rigor, team spirit, analytical skills, and proactivity
