Context:

The mission is part of the construction of a new digital assets platform intended to support tokenization, DLT technologies, and the next generation of financial market infrastructures. The objective is to implement a secure, highly available DevOps and SRE foundation adapted to regulated workloads running continuously.

The platform requires strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD in order to provide scalable, auditable infrastructures capable of supporting controlled deployments without service interruption.

The mission also covers the entire SRE dimension: end-to-end observability, SLO/SLI, error budgets, 24/7 on-call, incident management, runbooks, and postmortems. An AIOps and AI/ML Operations component is also expected for anomaly detection, alert triage, incident summarization, as well as the exploitation and secure rollback of AI/ML services.

Main Missions:

*

Design and implement infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code, notably with Terraform, with versioned and maintainable configuration management.

*

Build and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines covering integration, continuous deployment, automated validations, approvals, auditability, and zero-downtime deployments.

*

Architect and operate containerized workloads under Kubernetes, while implementing complete observability: metrics, centralized logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting.

*

Define SLI, SLO, and error budgets, structure 24/7 operations, escalation procedures, incident response, runbooks, postmortems, and service continuity mechanisms.

*

Strengthen the security and reliability of the platform: hardening, secrets management, least privilege, vulnerability remediation, compliance controls, AIOps, exploitation of AI/ML services, and rollback procedures.

Technical Environment:

  • Infrastructure & orchestration: Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, Container Orchestration, Cloud Infrastructure
  • CI/CD & deployment: CI/CD Pipelines, Zero-Downtime Deployment, Service Rollbacks, automated validation, approval workflows
  • SRE & reliability: Platform Reliability, SLO Management, Error Budgets, On-Call Operations, Operational Excellence
  • Observability & incidents: Observability Engineering, Metrics Logging Tracing, Alert Management, Incident Response, Postmortem Analysis, Runbook Authoring
  • Security & compliance: Infrastructure Security, Security Hardening, Auditability Controls, Audit Remediation, Regulated Workloads
  • AIOps & AI: AIOps Practices, Anomaly Detection, Incident Summarisation, AI/ML Operations, AI-Assisted Development
  • Blockchain & smart contracts: Solidity, Smart Contracts, ERC-20 Standards, EVM Architecture, Tokenization Design, Smart Contract Security
  • DLT & validation: Hyperledger Besu, Canton DLT, Permissioned Blockchains, Property-Based Testing, Invariant Testing, Fuzz Testing, Gas Optimization
  • Domain & communication: Financial Infrastructure, Technical Communication, technical documentation and architecture decisions
