Senior Fullstack TypeScript React NestJS Developer - Freelance (M/F)

CONTEXT

Long-term mission within a team dedicated to the Membership program (25 collaborators) operating on an international scale. Objective: create personalized, attractive, relevant, and eco-responsible loyalty levers, prioritizing individualized experiences for users. Based in Lille (hybrid), possible access to offices in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.

MISSIONS

• Join a team composed of 1 Product Manager, 1 Tech Lead, and 3 other software engineers within a sub-domain composed of 2 other product teams.
• Work in close collaboration with our Staff Engineer to guarantee the sustainability of the software architecture, ensure the follow-up of the technical vision and strategy.
• Participate in design discussions as well as the end-to-end creation and development of various scalable and high-performance services/solutions adapted to country needs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback in order to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, respect coding standards, and contribute to quality.
• Adhere to DevSecOps practices, participate in daily deployments, incident management, improvement of monitoring, and security practices.
• Ensure adequate documentation of the developed solutions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• 2 days of remote work per week
• Possible access 5 days a week in offices at Villeneuve-d'Ascq

1. At least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer
2. Strong appetite for technology and willingness to design things in the best possible way
3. Solid experience in the design and development of high-performance customer-facing front-ends
4. Knowledge of DDD, TDD, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
5. Experience in implementing CI/CD integration & all testing layers (Unit, Acceptance, Integration, Load Testing)
6. Experience with cloud technologies (GCP/K8S)
7. Understand the "you build it, you run it" philosophy, with practical experience in observability and incident management
8. Make artificial intelligence your superpower to code faster, without relaxing your Senior critical eye on the generated code
9. B2 level in English and accustomed to working in an international environment
10. Synthetic mindset, good communicator, comfortable with functional management
