HR DATA PRODUCT / BUSINESS ANALYST - MID TO SENIOR

MISSIONS

Within an international environment, you will operate at the intersection of HR, Data, and business challenges:

• Lead discovery workshops with subsidiaries to define requirements, identify pain points, and qualify HR use cases.
• Write functional and data specifications.
• Manage and evolve the HR data model: dictionary, mappings, quality rules.
• Drive the implementation of an ETL (notably Workato): workflows, generic components, transformation rules, and group unique identifier.
• Collaborate daily with Data Engineers and Data Analysts.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), business validation, and production onboarding for new features and subsidiaries.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Proven experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, or Product Data, ideally in an HR/corporate context.
• Good mastery of data models, quality rules, SQL, and Dataviz / data catalog tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with technical profiles: Data Engineers, Architects, Developers.
• Fluent English is essential.
