Senior Fullstack Typescript Developer (React / NodeJS) - Freelance (M/F)

CONTEXT

We are dedicated to creating solutions that enable our teams to offer our clients loyalty levers related to our products that are personalized, attractive, relevant, and eco-responsible. The goal is to enrich their experience within the ecosystem of a large company. This is not simply a service we offer, but a strategic imperative: we are moving from a logic of mass engagement to individualized experiences and relationships, adapted to the preferences and aspirations of each customer.

The scope includes 25 employees and operates on an international scale.

MISSIONS

• Join a team composed of 1 Product Manager, 1 Tech Lead, and 3 other software engineers within a sub-domain composed of 2 other product teams.
• Work in close collaboration with our Staff Engineer to ensure the sustainability of our software architecture, and ensure the follow-up of the technical vision and strategy.
• Participate in design discussions as well as the end-to-end creation and development of various "scalable" and high-performance services/solutions to provide the solution best suited to the needs of the countries.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members in order to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, respect coding standards, and contribute to quality.
• Adhere to the team's DevSecOps culture and practices, participate in daily deployments as well as incident management, and contribute to the improvement of monitoring and security practices.
• Ensure adequate documentation of the developed solutions.

LOCATION

1. At least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer
2. A strong appetite for technology, and a desire to design things in the best possible way
3. Strong experience in the design and development of high-performance customer-facing front-ends
4. Solid knowledge of DDD, TDD, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
5. Solid experience in implementing CI/CD integration & all testing layers (Unit, Acceptance, Integration, Load Testing...) as well as cloud technologies (GCP/K8S)
6. Understand the "you build it, you run it" philosophy (end-to-end responsibility), with practical experience in observability and incident management to contribute to service resilience
7. Make artificial intelligence your superpower to code faster, without ever relaxing your level of requirement and your critical Senior eye on the generated code
8. Have a B2 level or equivalent in English and be used to working in an international environment
