Salesforce Consultant - Revenue Operations / Finance (Freelance) Tech Company - Freelance (M/F)

CONTEXT

We are supporting a fast-growing SaaS publisher structuring its Revenue Operations function.

The data & revenue ecosystem has been significantly enriched over the last 12 months, while Salesforce relies on an older architecture.

This currently generates friction in data flows between Salesforce and finance tools (revenue recognition), with critical stakes regarding data reliability and granularity.

MISSION

Reporting to the Revenue Operations function, working closely with a Salesforce Tech Lead and the Lead FP&A, you will intervene in a key role of resolution and optimization:

• Analyze data flows between Salesforce and finance tools
• Identify friction points and inconsistencies (data, process, business logic)
• Understand revenue granularity needs (finance)
• Implement concrete and pragmatic fixes (quick wins)
• Improve the quality and reliability of data used for:
• revenue recognition
• upsell / cross-sell
• renewal
• Clarify and formalize business rules between Sales, RevOps, and Finance
• Intervene directly in Salesforce (configuration, logic, flows)

Objective: ensure the reliability of the "last mile" without a complete system overhaul

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Solid experience on Salesforce (advanced admin / functional consultant)
• Good understanding of revenue / finance stakes (ideally SaaS)
• Ability to work on complex data flows
• Comfortable in imperfect / legacy environments
• Hands-on profile, capable of executing and correcting quickly
• Professional English
• Analytical / "mathematical" mindset (logic, granularity, data consistency)

• Experience in a SaaS environment
