Expert SAP Data Migration Consultant - Freelance (M/F)

Your tasks

Operational IT Business Analyst role: you will take charge of your data objects from end to end, from preparation through to cutover.

• Lead onboarding workshops with local teams and define mapping and migration approaches for their objects with them
• Build and maintain mapping rules, cross-reference tables, and reports in SAP ADM
• Coordinate data cleansing with local teams
• Prepare and control loads, analyze rejections, and perform reconciliation before and after loading
• Provide first-level support for anomalies during mocks, UAT, and cutover
• Contribute to lessons learned after each migration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in SAP data migration (ECC or S/4HANA), with several mock / UAT / cutover cycles concretely completed
• Practical experience with Syniti, under any of its names: Syniti Migrate, DSP (Data Stewardship Platform), SAP ADM / ADMM (Advanced Data Migration) or BackOffice Associates
• Good proficiency in SQL (SQL Server)
• Knowledge of SAP objects: customers, vendors, articles, BOMs, finance
• Ability to lead workshops with business and IT teams
• Pragmatic, problem-solving oriented mindset
• Professional English
