URGENT - FREELANCE Opportunity - Consultant Entra-ID/Exchange - Rhône-Alpes (occasional) Position: Consultant Entra-ID/Exchange URGENT Start ASAP - start week of November 02 Located in Rhône-Alpes: occasional on-site travel Long term! FLUENT ENGLISH MANDATORY As part of a carve-out program following the separation of * activities, a senior consultant is sought to support teams on topics related to identity, messaging, and Microsoft security. The project is part of a large-scale transformation aimed at separating existing IT environments and building an autonomous organization.

Main Missions

• Support the separation of Microsoft environments as part of the carve-out.
• Design and implement evolutions around Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Administer and optimize Exchange Online environments.
• Participate in the implementation and strengthening of Microsoft Defender solutions.
• Lead functional and technical workshops with various stakeholders.
• Advise teams and drive the technical directions of the project.
• Produce documentation and architecture recommendations.
• Ensure the transfer of skills to internal teams.

Technical Skills Indispensable:

• Microsoft Entra ID
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft 365 Security
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Securing Microsoft Cloud environments

Languages

• Fluent English imperative (international environment).

Expected Experience

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience on Microsoft technologies.
• Solid experience on Microsoft 365 transformation projects.
• Experience in a carve-out, merger, acquisition, or separation of entities would be a major asset.
