CIO Officer - Fintech - Freelance (M/F)

About the company

CONTEXT The CIO Office function reports directly to the CIO of a company in the fintech sector. It currently consists of one person and must be reinforced by this assignment. The mission will aim to take responsibility for a scope covering the IT department's steering needs, the coordination and preparation of strategic committees, the monitoring of IT department action plans, and the relationship with the CIO Offices of the partner banking group. As part of this mission, the CIO Officer service will be carried out on a daily basis with the CIO and her management team.

Your tasks

• Organization and preparation of strategic committees and IT department events
• Implementation of steering dashboards, consolidation and monitoring of indicators
• Budget monitoring
• Monitoring of IT department actions and decisions
• Steering of improvement plans
• Coordination of IT department communication actions
• Representation of the company within the CIO Offices network of the partner banking group

• Steering dashboards
• IT department communication and animation plan
• Presentation materials for strategic committees and associated documents
• At the end of the assignment: transfer plan

Requirements

SKILLS TO BE MOBILIZED

• Proven experience in consulting, strategy, product / program management, or IT management (5 to 10 years of experience)
• Good technological culture and knowledge of IT department functions and the fintech, banking, or payment sector
• Ability to influence without hierarchical authority
• Synthesis skills and excellent written and oral communication
• Rigor in execution, organizational skills
• Management of priorities and sensitive issues
• Mastery of financial analysis and steering tools
• Data analysis
• Fluent English
