MISSIONS

• Methodological Support: actively support project managers in the effective deployment of the Tempo Tech method, providing them with the tools and advice necessary for its adoption.
• Project Steering: ensure the global coordination of technical projects, from design to closure, guaranteeing the achievement of objectives in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Governance Animation: lead steering and monitoring committees, bringing together internal and external stakeholders, to validate directions and ensure project progress.
• Strategic Reporting: produce and present clear and concise progress reports to program management and governance bodies, highlighting milestones achieved, identified risks, and necessary decisions.
