Do you enjoy managing IT projects that involve multiple teams while maintaining a global vision of the product?
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join one of our clients in the banking sector and work on a strategic product dedicated to electronic signature.
Your unique aspect in this mission: you will not be attached to a single squad. You will intervene transversally across 3 squads, with a clear objective: take charge of managing several projects and facilitate coordination between teams.
Why do we need you?
The Electronic Signature product currently brings together 3 squads responsible for the BUILD and RUN of several applications.
In an environment where several projects are progressing in parallel, the team wishes to strengthen its management framework.
Your arrival will specifically allow for taking charge of certain projects at the product level and supporting the Scrum Masters on topics requiring more coordination.
You will begin by familiarizing yourself with the application portfolio and its operation. The goal is for you to be able to quickly launch new projects or take over the management of projects already underway.
Concretely, what will you manage?
Your role will primarily be transversal.
You will take charge of several projects related to electronic signature, from their scoping to the monitoring of their implementation.
On a daily basis, you will notably be required to:
- organize and manage the projects entrusted to you: planning, action tracking, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- coordinate the various stakeholders involved in scoping and production
- monitor progress with the Scrum Masters of the different squads
- prepare and lead monitoring and steering committees
- occasionally provide support to Scrum Masters on certain projects, for example to prepare a COPIL
- progressively build expertise in the application portfolio in order to be able to take over existing projects or launch new ones.
Your challenge will therefore not only be to follow a schedule: you will need to be able to circulate information between several teams, anticipate blocking points, and provide visibility on project progress.
What will allow you to succeed:
You have already managed IT projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders and know how to structure their monitoring, governance, and reporting.
You master project management methods in an Agile/Scrum environment.
You will also be required to quickly adopt the internal project management methodology used by our client.
You use Jira and Confluence to organize and track projects and facilitate collaboration between teams.
A good level of English is expected: part of the team is English-speaking and the daily meetings of one of the squads are conducted in English.
Knowledge of the banking sector or electronic signature issues will naturally be a plus.
