Do you enjoy managing several IT projects in parallel, coordinating different teams, and maintaining a global vision rather than staying focused on a single squad?
We are looking for a JAVA / Angular Project Manager to work for one of our clients in the banking sector, within a strategic product dedicated to electronic signature.
The particularity of the mission? You will work transversally with 3 squads responsible for the BUILD and RUN of several applications.
Your objective will be to take charge of several projects, to smooth out coordination between teams, and to provide visibility on their progress.
Why do we need you?
Several projects are currently evolving in parallel within the Electronic Signature product.
To strengthen their management, the team wishes to integrate a Project Manager capable of intervening at the product level and beyond a single squad.
Upon your arrival, you will begin by familiarizing yourself with the application portfolio, ongoing projects, and the teams' way of working.
The goal: to allow you to quickly take over the management of projects already underway, and then launch new ones.
You will also support the Scrum Masters when certain topics require more transverse coordination.
Concretely, what will you manage?
You will take charge of several projects related to electronic signature, from their scoping to the monitoring of their implementation.
On a daily basis, you will:
- manage your projects: planning, actions, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- coordinate the stakeholders involved in scoping and production
- monitor progress with the Scrum Masters of the different squads
- prepare and lead monitoring meetings and COPIL
- occasionally support Scrum Masters on certain topics requiring additional coordination
- progressively build expertise in the application portfolio to take over existing projects or launch new ones.
Your role will therefore not consist simply of following a schedule.
You will need to understand what is happening in the various teams, identify dependencies, anticipate bottlenecks, and allow stakeholders to clearly know where the projects stand and what remains to be secured.
What will enable you to succeed:
You have already managed IT projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. This experience will allow you to structure project monitoring, governance, and reporting.
You master project management methods in an Agile/Scrum environment and know how to work with several Scrum Masters without substituting for their role.
You use Jira and Confluence to track projects, share information, and facilitate coordination between teams.
You must also be able to quickly adopt the client's internal project management methodology.
Finally, English will be actively used: part of the team is English-speaking and the daily meetings of one of the squads take place in English. You must therefore be able to participate naturally in professional exchanges regarding your projects.
Knowledge of the banking sector or electronic signature issues will be appreciated, but it is not presented here as a prerequisite.
