CONTEXT

Under the responsibility and governance of the Project Director, the Functional Project Manager structures, coordinates, and leads the functional dimension of the project. He/She ensures the link between user/business needs and technical and operational implementation. Intervening from needs analysis to the acceptance and change management phases, he/she guarantees the adequacy of the delivered solution with functional expectations, while respecting the methodological framework, budgets, and deadlines defined by the project management.

MISSIONS

  • Lead DIS/SRE workstreams within the framework of the Diagoras program
  • Take into account the strong project constraint related to knowledge of the network and security technical environment as well as constraints related to partner connections
  • Deliverables: Comop steering, inter-team follow-up, steering committee support, and reporting
  • Collect and analyze needs: translate user and business requirements into detailed functional specifications, while drafting specifications documents
  • Lead functional design: structure the project on a functional level (backlog, user stories, use cases, workflows) and validate the consistency of proposed solutions with the global architecture
  • Ensure interface and coordination: facilitate dialogue between business stakeholders, the technical project team, and security/infra experts; escalate alerts, risks, and decisions to the Project Director
  • Lead acceptance phases: define the acceptance strategy (scenarios, functional test plans), coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and follow anomaly resolution until the green light for production deployment
  • Support change and deployment: design training materials, write functional documentation (user guides), and support teams during the solution deployment
  • Contribute to steering and reporting: monitor the progress of functional deliverables, update tracking indicators (KPIs), and participate in project and follow-up committees led by the Project Director
