Senior ERP Deployment Project Manager - Freelance (M/F)

- MISSION CONTEXT
Our client, an international group present in 4 countries, has recently deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 in France and is now engaging the international deployment phase. In this context, they are looking for an international project manager to lead the migration of the 4 country subsidiaries to this ERP, capitalizing on the already completed France deployment.
- TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365)
*
Multi-country environment, multi-process legacy to be mapped and converged
- MAIN MISSIONS
*
Lead the migration of the MD365 ERP across the 4 countries in scope, based on the foundation deployed in France
*
Conceptualize the migration trajectory and the process convergence strategy
*
Analyze and understand the legacy processes specific to each country
*
Define and manage the transition plan between legacy processes and the new MD365 framework
*
Onboard and lead international teams on the project
*
Ensure the interface with top management and end users
*
Present progress and key decisions to the steering committee
- REQUIRED PROFILE
*
10 years minimum experience in project management, including proven experience in leading international ERP deployments
*
Operational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
*
Experience leading multi-country projects and managing international teams
*
Ability to conceptualize a migration trajectory and structure project governance
*
Excellent interpersonal skills with top management, ease in presentations to the steering committee
*
Fluent English is essential
