About the company

Sherpa Accompagnement is looking for a Technical Product Manager Crushing and Spare Parts M/F for its client, a recognized player in the distribution, maintenance, and development of technical solutions for the quarrying, crushing, recycling, and public works sectors.

Your tasks

Mission Description Reporting to the Product Management Department, you are the technical expert for the crushing range as well as the associated spare parts.

Acting as a true interface between manufacturers, sales teams, technical services, and customers, you contribute to the development of the product offering and support teams in implementing solutions adapted to market needs.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for

• Developing and managing the crushing and spare parts range.
• Ensuring competitive, technical, and commercial market intelligence.
• Defining product positioning and participating in their development strategy.
• Supporting sales teams in their technical approaches with customers.
• Providing technical expertise on crushing and screening equipment and associated parts.
• Participating in the launch of new products and new ranges.
• Managing relations with manufacturers, suppliers, and partners.
• Participating in the definition of stock policies and sales forecasts.
• Conducting market analyses and monitoring range performance.
• Training and supporting sales and technical teams on products.
• Participating in demonstrations, trade fairs, and customer events.

Requirements

You have significant experience in the crushing, quarrying, recycling, aggregates, or associated industrial equipment environment.

You possess a strong technical culture and are recognized for your ability to analyze complex issues and propose suitable solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of crushing and screening equipment.
• Mastery of wear parts and spare parts.
• Understanding of maintenance and plant operation issues.
• Experience in an industrial or public works environment.
• Knowledge of the quarry, aggregates, or recycling market.
