As part of an immediate need related to the temporary absence of a Human Resources Manager, our client is looking for a Transition Human Resources Manager (RRH) capable of securing the continuity of HR activities within an international scope.

Main Missions: Operational HR support and manager assistance

  • Ensure daily HR follow-up for an international management population spread across 15 countries
  • Support managers on operational and organizational HR topics
  • Challenge team and organizational needs (notably regarding team structuring issues)
  • Provide close support on individual and managerial issues
  • Ensure follow-up of employees in complex or sensitive situations
  • Support managers with employee feedback and organizational challenges

Management of technical HR topics and personnel administration

  • Management and finalization of employment contracts in an international context
  • Follow-up on hiring and HR support for mobility
  • Management of employee savings schemes (PEE / PERCOL)
  • Handling of sensitive or pre-litigation cases (mutual termination agreements, complex individual situations)
  • Management of local HR issues that are sometimes sensitive or urgent

Payroll steering and coordination

  • Ensure the link with payroll and coordinate associated technical topics
  • Debug and secure payroll issues and compensation variables
  • Participate in the centralization, animation, and coordination of payroll topics
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of cross-functional topics in connection with different countries

Management of sensitive international HR situations

  • Support local HR issues that are sometimes complex or urgent
  • Manage sensitive individual situations in certain countries (e.g., illness in Australia, relational issues and payment disputes in Mexico)
  • Participate in the implementation and harmonization of benefits according to countries
  • Provide operational support to local teams on high-impact HR topics
  • Proven experience as a generalist RRH in an international and demanding environment
  • Excellent mastery of technical HR topics: employment contracts, personnel administration, payroll, and complex individual situations
  • Fluent English is imperative, used daily both in writing and speaking (regular exchanges and contractual drafting, including with international interlocutors)
  • Experience in coordination with payroll and ability to intervene on complex technical topics

Software to Master: LUCCA would be a plus.
