Business Analyst KYC / Mass Onboarding - Freelance (M/F)

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst KYC / Mass Onboarding (M/F) for a freelance mission.

Within a KYC DSI, the consultant will join a Master Data team in charge of the tools for the KYC business chain. The mission concerns a project to automate mass onboarding for funds, initially for DCM/ECM activities and then Global Markets.

• Lead functional topics and ensure the interface between Business teams (Middle Office, Compliance) and IT development teams located in Paris and Porto.
• Analyze and translate operational issues from the Middle Office / Trade Support as well as requirements related to KYC and onboarding.

• Design and implement automated processes to optimize third-party onboarding across AMER, EMEA, and APAC perimeters.
• Formalize functional needs, write User Stories in Jira, and participate in Agile rituals.

• Define the test strategy and write acceptance test plans and test scenarios.
• Support users during UAT phases.

• Contribute to functional documentation, support, user training, and the sharing of best practices.

• 6 to 9 years of experience, with several years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Experience with KYC / onboarding issues.

• Ability to act as an interface between business teams, particularly Middle Office / Compliance, and IT teams.
• Experience in projects involving process automation.

• Experience in an international environment with distributed development teams.
