Business Analyst IT Finance - Freelance (M/F)

We are looking for a finance business analyst for a major client in the region.

The Business Analyst acts as the functional Finance referent for their application scope, and is responsible for:

Being the primary liaison between the Finance teams and the technical teams

*

Collecting, analyzing, and challenging business needs

*

Writing functional specifications (and contributing to US if necessary)

*

Coordinating actions between the different technical contributors (TMA, developers, architects)

*

Following subjects from end to end: understanding, scoping, implementation, testing, production deployment

*

Guaranteeing functional consistency and impacts on Finance processes

*

Supporting and training business teams when new functionalities are made available

*

Participating in the continuous improvement of the RUN (quality of service, reduction of incidents, reliability of flows) Experiences

*

Experienced profile as a Business Analyst IT Finance

*

Significant experience in complex and structured environments (large organizations)

*

SAP FI / SD experience Solid ERP culture, Finance IS, and application architectures.

*

Excellent understanding of Finance business challenges

*

Ability to analyze complex processes and data flows

*

Comfortable with multi-tool and highly interfaced environments

*

Ability to communicate with various stakeholders: Finance, IT, architects, infra, TMA

*

Natural curiosity and desire to understand the business "why"

*

Very good interpersonal skills, sense of service Professional English required
