CONTEXT

Within an IT Data Management & BI team working across several domains, you will join the team in charge of Data Financing & Risk topics.

The team works on projects, evolutionary maintenance, and support for the solutions used by the Financing and Risk business lines.

In this context, you will intervene as a Business Analyst with a dual functional and Data dimension, working in close connection with the business and IT teams.

High autonomy and the ability to quickly become a driving force on assigned topics are expected.

MISSIONS

• Exchange with business teams and organize requirement gathering workshops.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Formalize use cases and functional needs.
• Analyze the existing state and identify the impacts of evolutions on the IS.
• Contribute to the definition of target business processes.
• Write functional specifications.
• Participate in data modeling work.
• Contribute to the consistency between business needs, data, and IS solutions.
• Intervene on topics related to Data management in the IS.
• Use SQL to analyze and control data.
• Contribute to the design of reportings and associated back-ends.
• Define business test scenarios and plans.
• Prepare and execute test campaigns.
• Lead the MOA acceptance testing (UAT).
• Verify that the solution covers the defined business requirements.
• Monitor data quality and production.
• Participate in the steering and animation of MOA activities.
• Present deliverables to users.
• Produce necessary summaries and reportings.
• Contribute to change management and user support.
• Monitor tool adoption indicators.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
• Occasionally provide techno-functional expertise on specific topics.

1. Significant experience in Business Analysis, ideally in a banking environment
2. Good knowledge of Financing / Risk and Data issues
3. Ability to bridge the gap between business challenges and IT/Data issues: requirement gathering, specifications, data analysis, testing, acceptance, and change management
4. Autonomy and organization in handling topics from end to end
5. Ease of communication with both business and technical stakeholders
6. Mastery of SQL
7. Experience in project management
8. Practice of Agile / Scrum methods
9. Mastery of English
10. Good knowledge of Financing business lines
11. Understanding of structured finance issues
12. Knowledge of Front office activities, notably Origination and Portfolio Management
13. Ideally acquired experience on a Data Lake / Hadoop
14. Knowledge of Data repositories and Data reporting
15. Power BI appreciated
