Achil is looking, on behalf of its client, a consulting firm specializing in IS project support, for a Business Analyst (M/F/X), based in Lyon.

As part of its development, the company is looking for a Business Analyst to work on projects in the insurance, banking, and energy sectors.
THE POSITION
Missions
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs.
- Write functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as the link between business and technical teams.
- Participate in agile rituals and monitor developments.
- Coordinate IT, product, and business teams.
- Perform functional acceptance testing and support testing phases.
- Monitor the quality of deliverables and manage anomalies.
Contractual Modalities
- Contract: CDI
- Location: Lyon (69)
- Remote work: possible
- Remuneration: €35,000 to €55,000 gross annual
- Benefits:

SEARCHED PROFILE
What we are looking for
- 2 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Significant experience in functional analysis and requirements management.
- A good understanding of IS environments and agile methodologies.
- Experience in the insurance, banking, and/or energy sectors is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cleva will be appreciated.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- A professional written and oral level in English is necessary.
Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a person with good analytical and synthesis skills, rigorous and organized, with good interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a real desire to learn.
