Modern Workplace Technical Architect (M365 / Identity / Intune) - Professional English - Freelance (M/F)
As part of a major IT transformation program, we are looking for a Modern Workplace Technical Architect to strengthen an Architecture & Operations team working on strategic projects involving digital identity, Microsoft 365, and Modern Workplace environments.
You will work on high-stakes projects, particularly in contexts of organizational transformation, migration, and perimeter separation (M&A / carve-out).
Your missions:
Within the Architecture & Operations team, you will be required to:

Technically lead topics related to Identity and Modern Workplace.

Facilitate technical workshops and coordinate various stakeholders.
*
Collect, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements.
*
Develop and maintain execution runbooks (operating modes, test plans, rollback procedures...).
*
Perform technical analyses, inventories, controls, and validations before/after intervention.
*
Identify dependencies between different technical components (IAM, network, security, workstations, messaging...).
*
Participate in architecture reviews, risk analyses, and propose recommendations.
*
Prepare transitions to Run teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
*
Support M&A / carve-out type projects with a secure and structured approach. Technical environment:Identity / IAM
