Senior IT Solutions Architect - P&C Insurance - Freelance (M/F)

CONTEXT

As part of strengthening a team of solution architects working on strategic IT projects, we are looking for an IT Solutions Architect with solid knowledge of the P&C Insurance domain.

The mission is set within a context of IT modernization and legacy application migration, with a strong dimension of transverse architecture and P&C Insurance.

The mission focuses on transverse capabilities related to subscription and claims journeys, with challenges regarding pooling across several entities.

MISSIONS

• Define the functional, applicative, and technical architectures of the projects
• Support teams from the pre-project stage through to production
• Produce architecture files and associated deliverables
• Perform applicative and technical modeling
• Participate in defining IT transformation trajectories
• Contribute to the definition of architecture principles, rules, and standards
• Promote functional, applicative, and data architecture frameworks
• Present solutions in validation instances
• Produce architecture opinions
• Update architecture repositories
• Occasionally coordinate architecture activities within certain scopes
• Carry architecture commitments to stakeholders
• Support business units on transverse P&C subscription and claims issues

• Required seniority: 8 to 10 years minimum of experience in the indicated technologies

1. 8 to 10 years minimum of experience in IT solutions architecture
2. Solid experience in designing complex architectures
3. Good understanding of functional issues related to P&C Insurance
4. Experience in IT modernization projects, legacy migration, or transformation of existing architectures
5. Training or good knowledge of TOGAF
6. Mastery of ArchiMate
7. Modeling experience with MEGA HOPEX
8. Design of functional, applicative, and technical architectures
9. Experience in API definition
10. Good knowledge of event-driven architectures
11. Understanding of business processes
12. Knowledge of the DDD - Domain Driven Design approach
13. Ability to produce architecture files and opinions
14. Good functional knowledge of P&C Insurance
15. Understanding of issues related to subscription and claims
16. Ability to integrate P&C business constraints into architecture choices
17. Ability to work on pooled and transverse capabilities
18. Experience in legacy migration programs
19. Experience in distributed architectures and APIs
20. Knowledge of IT urbanization issues
21. Experience in multi-entity or multi-brand environments
22. Good understanding of architecture governance issues
