CONTEXT:

A company that designs and develops innovative systems.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the functional teams, you will act as the functional expert on complex projects, working in direct contact with clients and technical teams. You will analyze and translate client needs, particularly those arising from calls for tender, into detailed functional specifications for the development and testing teams.

You will serve as the interface between the client and the technical teams, ensuring the consistency and proper functional implementation of the solutions.

Your missions are as follows:

• Analyze the functional needs expressed by clients, notably through general functional specifications and documents from calls for tender, in order to ensure their detailed translation.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for the solutions intended for the development and testing teams, guaranteeing their consistency with client needs.
• Collect, clarify, and formalize client needs through exchanges with various stakeholders and by facilitating functional workshops.
• Act as the functional expert for a part of the solution for both the client and the development and testing teams to guarantee functional consistency.
• Model business processes, customer journeys, and functional flows within the client's specific context to formalize needs and interactions between the different components of the solution.
• Facilitate workshops and detailed analysis reviews with clients and project teams to ensure proper understanding and validation of functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, technical teams, developers, and testers to ensure alignment between client needs, functional specifications, and the developed solution.
• Participate in various project monitoring meetings and "Obeyas" to contribute to operational management and progress tracking.
• Actively participate in the project's Agile rituals to promote coordination between the different stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

Higher education at a Master's level (Bac+5) or equivalent, with a focus on systems engineering.

You have at least 7 years of experience in the analysis and writing of functional specifications, at both the system and subsystem levels. You have also participated in complex projects, allowing you to work in demanding technical environments and contribute to the definition and evolution of functional solutions.

Required skills:

• Good knowledge of data protection (CNIL, RGPD)
• Mastery of requirements engineering and specification tools (JAMA, Word, Confluence).
• Use of architecture mapping tools.
• Agile project management and mastery of its rituals.

An advanced level of English (B2) is required.
